| Ben
Wyndham B.Sc(Aviation), GCert OHS Ben is a Grade 1 Instructor and holds an Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL), the highest grade of pilot licence. Ben has flown for mining companies, conducted round-Australia air safaris, held appointments as Chief Flying Instructor and Chief Pilot and set up an aerial survey company. Ben is a qualified aerobatics instructor and started instructing in 1997 for Pay's Air Service after 2 years in the Kimberley region of WA. His special interest is Aviation Safety Management & Auditing. |
Chris
McKernan B. AppSc (Aviation) Chris is a Grade 1 Instructor and holds an ATPL. Chris has recently been recruited to Airspeed Aviation after 18 months in Fiji as CFI of a major flight training academy with over 90 full-time students. In addition to Charter duties Chris is heading up our Commercial Pilot, Multi-engine and IFR flight training programs. |
Bryan
Greenfield B.Sc (Aviation) Bryan started his flying career in the RAAF in 1988. He moved to Scone in 1995 to instruct for Pay's Air Service. He quickly progressed through charter and regional airlines, including Yanda and Impulse, before starting with Qantas in 2002. Bryan is currently First Officer on the 767 for Qantas; he holds a Grade 2 instructor rating and his special interest is aerobatics instruction. |
Our instructors have sent more than 100 people "first solo" and have more than 10,000 flying hours between them.
We won't sell you more training than you need - we won't push you through instrument ratings and Twin endorsements that will not add to your employability.
